Seller Terms

Effective Date: May 2026

Avebo

Effective Date: May 2026

Last Updated: May 2026

1Introduction

These Seller Terms govern your participation as a Seller on Avebo ("Platform"). By completing the Seller Application and operating as a Seller on the Platform, you agree to these Seller Terms in addition to Avebo's Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Dispute Policy.

In the event of any conflict between these Seller Terms and the general Terms and Conditions, these Seller Terms take precedence for matters relating to Sellers.

2Becoming a Seller

2.1Application

To become a Seller, you must complete the Seller Application process, which includes:

  • Providing accurate personal information
  • Demonstrating expertise in the services you intend to offer
  • Submitting proof of credentials or skill level where applicable
  • Completing identity verification
  • Agreeing to these Seller Terms

2.2Approval

Avebo reviews all applications and reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Approval is not guaranteed.

2.3Identity Verification

As part of the verification process, Sellers must complete identity verification. This is used to maintain the integrity of the Platform and prevent fraudulent actors from creating multiple accounts. Identity information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2.4Flagged Identities

If your identity has been previously flagged due to a permanent ban, your application will be automatically rejected. Attempting to circumvent identity verification is a violation of these Terms and will result in permanent exclusion from the Platform.

2.5Display Name

Your display name is permanent once set during registration. It cannot be changed after account creation. Choose your display name carefully as it is your permanent public identity on the Platform.

3Creating Listings

3.1Accuracy

All listings must accurately represent the services you offer. You must not misrepresent your skills, credentials, delivery times, or service outcomes.

3.2Prohibited Listings

The following are prohibited on the Platform:

  • Listings that violate applicable laws
  • Listings for physical goods
  • Listings that make guaranteed outcome claims (e.g. "guaranteed win rate")
  • Listings for services involving deception, manipulation, or harm to third parties
  • Listings that violate the intellectual property rights of any third party

3.3Pricing

You set your own pricing within the Platform's guidelines. Prices must be displayed honestly. You may set price ranges for services where final pricing depends on Buyer requirements.

3.4Custom Fields

You may add custom fields to your listings to collect information from Buyers before accepting an Order. Fields must be relevant to service delivery and must not request unnecessary personal information.

3.5Listing Moderation

Avebo reserves the right to remove, modify, or suspend any listing at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, community reports, or at Avebo's sole discretion.

4Delivering Services

4.1Commitment

Once you accept an Order, you commit to delivering the service as described in your listing and within the agreed timeframe. Accepting Orders you cannot fulfil is prohibited.

4.2Progress Updates

You are required to post progress updates on active Orders to keep Buyers informed. Failure to communicate on active Orders is grounds for Order cancellation and disciplinary action.

4.3Communication

All Order-related communication must occur within the Platform's chat system. Soliciting Buyers to communicate or transact outside the Platform is strictly prohibited.

4.4Order Capacity

You may have a maximum of 3 simultaneous active Orders. When you reach capacity, your listings will be temporarily hidden from the Platform's shop until you complete an Order. This limit exists to ensure service quality for all Buyers.

5Third-Party Platform Compliance

This section is critical. Read it carefully.

5.1Seller Responsibility

You are solely and exclusively responsible for ensuring that all services you offer and deliver comply with the terms of service, community guidelines, and policies of any third-party platform, game, application, or service involved in or affected by your service delivery.

5.2No Avebo Liability

Avebo does not review, verify, endorse, or take any responsibility for whether your services comply with third-party platform terms. Avebo provides no guidance on third-party compliance and nothing in these Terms or any communication from Avebo constitutes advice on third-party compliance.

5.3Consequences

Any consequences arising from third-party platform actions — including but not limited to account suspensions, bans, penalties, legal action by publishers, or any other consequence — are your sole responsibility. Avebo will not compensate you or any affected Buyer for such consequences.

5.4Buyer Acknowledgement

You are responsible for ensuring Buyers acknowledge and accept the risks of your services before an Order is confirmed. Use your listing description and custom fields to communicate any risks clearly.

6Earnings and Payouts

6.1Commission

Avebo retains a commission from each completed Order. The current default commission rate is 15% of the Order value. Your net earnings are displayed in your Seller dashboard.

6.2Custom Commission Rates

Avebo reserves the right to apply custom commission rates to individual Seller accounts. Custom rates are communicated to the Seller directly.

6.3Violation Cuts

If you receive warnings under the Platform's disciplinary system, a violation cut may be applied to your earnings as outlined in Section 8. Violation cuts are deducted before earnings are credited to your available balance.

6.4Available Balance

Completed Order earnings (after commission and any applicable violation cuts) are credited to your Available Balance. Your Available Balance is the amount you can request for payout.

6.5Pending Balance

Earnings from Orders in the Pending Review stage are held as Pending Balance until the Buyer confirms completion or the auto-completion window expires.

6.6Payout Requests

You may request a payout of your Available Balance subject to a minimum withdrawal threshold of $20 USD. Payouts are processed by Avebo's admin team within 48 hours of request approval.

6.7Payout Methods

Payouts are made via UPI (for Indian Sellers), Wise, or PayPal. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details. Avebo is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect payout details provided by you.

6.8TDS Deduction

For Indian Sellers, applicable Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) will be deducted from payouts in accordance with Indian tax law. You are responsible for your own tax obligations.

7Ratings and Reviews

Your performance on the Platform is reflected in your ratings and reviews. Buyers may leave a rating and review after Order completion. You may not:

  • Incentivise or solicit positive reviews
  • Threaten or pressure Buyers regarding reviews
  • Attempt to manipulate the review system in any way

Ratings directly affect your visibility in the Platform's shop algorithm.

8Disciplinary System

8.1Warnings

Avebo may issue warnings to Sellers for violations of these Terms or conduct detrimental to the Platform. The warning system is as follows:

Warning 1 — Text Warning

A formal written warning. No financial penalty. Permanently recorded on your Seller profile (visible to Avebo admins only).

Warning 2 — 5% Violation Cut (2 Weeks)

A 5% violation cut applied to all Order payouts for a period of 2 weeks from the date of issue. After 2 weeks, the cut expires.

Warning 3 and Beyond — 10% Violation Cut (1 Month)

A 10% violation cut applied to all Order payouts for a period of 1 month from the date of issue. Each subsequent warning resets the 1-month timer. After the period expires, the cut returns to 0%.

All warnings are permanently recorded on your Seller profile and are visible to Avebo admins. Warning records are never deleted.

8.2Suspension

Avebo may suspend your Seller account for a defined period for serious or repeated violations. Suspension durations are: 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, or 6 months.

During suspension:

  • All your listings are hidden from the Platform shop
  • All pending Requests are automatically declined
  • You cannot access your Seller dashboard
  • You retain access to the Platform Inbox to contact support

Upon suspension expiry, your account is automatically restored and your listings are reinstated to their pre-suspension status.

8.3Permanent Ban

Avebo may permanently ban your account for severe violations including but not limited to:

  • Fraud or deception
  • Repeated serious violations after multiple warnings or suspensions
  • Creating multiple accounts after a ban
  • Actions that cause serious harm to Buyers or the Platform

Upon permanent ban:

  • All listings are removed
  • All active Orders are cancelled and affected Buyers are refunded
  • Your identity is flagged to prevent re-registration
  • You retain access only to the Platform Inbox for appeal purposes

8.4Appeals

You have the right to appeal any disciplinary action through the Platform Inbox. Appeals are reviewed by Avebo at its sole discretion. Appeal decisions are final.

9Account Suspension and Restrictions

9.1Access During Suspension

Suspended Sellers may only access the Platform Inbox. All other Platform features are inaccessible during suspension.

9.2Access During Ban

Permanently banned Sellers may only access the Platform Inbox to submit an appeal. All other Platform features are permanently inaccessible.

10Seller Representations and Warranties

By operating as a Seller on the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the legal right to offer the services listed
  • Your services do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
  • All information provided in your application and listings is accurate and truthful
  • You will deliver services as described and within agreed timeframes
  • You understand and accept responsibility for third-party platform compliance

11Termination

11.1By You

You may close your Seller account at any time by contacting support@avebo.shop. You must fulfil all active Orders before account closure or arrange cancellations with affected Buyers.

11.2By Avebo

Avebo reserves the right to terminate your Seller account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at Avebo's sole discretion.

11.3Outstanding Earnings

Upon account termination in good standing, any Available Balance will be paid out to you via your registered payout method within 14 business days. Earnings withheld pending dispute resolution will be released or refunded based on dispute outcomes.

12Changes to Seller Terms

Avebo reserves the right to modify these Seller Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification with 30 days' notice where possible. Your continued operation as a Seller after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
